SUPPORT ENGINEER

Roles & Responsibility :
Support all of the IT infrastructure on client's site and give
advisory services for any problems of all IT environment when needed.

Qualifications :

- Have workstation experience in Win7, WIN XP (this includes
troubleshooting and installation)
- Able to perform network operations like granting access to files and
folders, mapping of printers, assigning of share directories
- able to troubleshoot simple workstations problem related to OS and
network shares (files and printer)
- have been exposed to a ticketing environment for problem logging
- understand backup procedure and network layout
- Excellency in English is a must
- Service oriented with a good analytical thinking
- Good communication skill
