Senior Completion Engineer

Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering,
• Min 15 years experience in samilar position,
• Well Control Certificate,
• Drilling Engineering Specialist,
• Willing to work in Indonesia and travel to AsPac.

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in Field and other AsPac well completion engineering, planning, assurance and execution for all aspects of the AsPac DC&I Teams to ensure the completions, interventions and workovers are planned and delivered safely, efficiently and within budget and in compliance with Company policies and local government and PSA regulations and guidance.

These functions include completion planning, risk weighted cost estimating, sand face & upper completion designs, developing completion plans and post analysis of operations, transfer of lessons learned, mentoring and development of less experienced and new completions engineers. Assume the responsibilities of the AsPac Completions Team Leader as required.
