MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER
(Based in Bireuen)
He/she will closely with Project Manager in designing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation strategy for the EDFF project of Muslim Aid; Developing of monitoring log-frames/result frameworks (expected outcomes, outputs, indicators, baseline data, performance targets, lessons learned,etc); Providing support to EDFF project teams in checking, verifying accuracy and competence of reported information and complying with the quality requirements of the donor agency; He/she will be responsible to Director of Support Services.
Qualifications and Experiences:
University degree or its equivalent in Economic, social science, international development planning, or related field; Proven programme appraisal, development, and monitoring & impact assessment skills; Proven experience of drafting and writing project monitoring documents; Have good English reading, writing and speaking ability, Acehnese speaking and reading would be an asset; A focus on results, balanced with a sensitive and honest approach to people.
PROCUREMENT OFFICER (Based in Banda Aceh with frequent visit to field project)
He/she will work closely with Project Manager in leading the procedures to support the implementation of the Muslim Aid procurement policy, ensuring that social, economic and environmental concerns are appropriately integrated into tenders, negotiation and competitive quotations and contracts as appreciate; Ensure that the goods are procured according to MAI policies and project requirement and distribution of materials to the appropriate sites in timely manner; He/she will be responsible to Director of Support Services.
Qualifications and Experiences:
University degree in Logistics, Business Management or related field; At least 3 years of prior professional experience related to procurement/logistics; Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software; Fluency in English spoken and written; Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual; Good negotiation skills.
FINANCE OFFICER (Based in Bireuen)
He/she will support EDFF Project to maintain EDFF project expenses within approved budget and compliance with agreement signed by both of Grantee & Grantor; Ensure the correct coding for all financial transactions and budget and maintain grant folder; Ensure the monthly bill and any other payment is being settled before the due date; Finance Officer shall be responsible to MAI Finance Manager and close working with finance team in main office and follow finance role &guidelines; Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and financial projections as per needed of the project and identify positive issues and solutions.
Qualification and Experiences:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, minimum 3 years experience in a finance role ; Computer skill with experience of accounting packages, spreadsheets and databases; Good analytical skills; interpersonal skills; proven record of designing and implementing accounting software programs e.g. FUND EZ System/ Quick book; Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and adapt to change.
Ability to write and speak in English and speak in Acehnese is an advantage; Bahasa Indonesia must be fluent; High level of honesty and commitment.
ADMIN OFFICER (Based in Bireuen)
He/she will make plans and organizes clerical support activities; To maintain the procedures and practices with effectiveness and efficiency; To ensure accurate records and that all-relevant information is promptly entered on file and the admin database; Responsible for any necessary correspondence, filing or archiving of all documents including proposals which may be submitted to Muslim Aid.
Qualifications and Experiences:
Educated to administration degree level or equivalent; Minimum 2 years experience in working at admin area; Excellent communication, negotiating and presentation skills; Familiar to operate MS Office; Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and adapt to change; Ability to work on own initiative.
SUPPORT STAFF
(Based in Bireuen)
(DRIVER, CLEANER & SECURITY GUARD)
The support staff will work under guidance of Admin Officer. He/she will support all activities of EDFF project according to role and responsibility, which relevant to their tasks.
Qualifications and Experiences:
He/she has experience in working with INGO; have a valid driving licence (driver); Flexibility and willingness to work long hours; hard working; Ability to communicate in Bahasa effectively with all.
