PT. Pulau Batu is the major supplier to Island Stone International Limited (www.islandstone.com), a global company that possesses an extensive premium natural stone tile product range which it sells through an exclusive worldwide distribution network.
The company is currently undergoing a process of significant expansion of its facilities in Sidoarjo, where we employ approximately 80 people. The factory operates as a licensed bonded zone.
We are looking for dynamic individual who is based in the Sidoarjo/Surabaya area for the position of:
Export Import Administrator
(Jawa Timur - Kawasan Berikat)
Requirements:
* Familiarity with import and export regulations and documentation.
* Knowledge of the shipping industry.
* Experience with kawasan berikat audits undertaken by the customs department.
* MYOB experience.
* Good English Language Skills
Responsibilities:
* University qualification in a relevant field.
* In-depth knowledge of bonded zone (kawasan berikat) rules and regulations.
* Significant experience in kawasan berikat administrative compliance including handling customs documentation (ie. BC 2.3, 2.6.1, 2.6.2, 3.0, 4.0), obtaining approvals from the customs department and regular reports and reconciliations.
* Experience dealing directly with customs officers.
* General production administration experience including inventory management (stock cards, stock counts etc) and production process reports.
* Advanced MS Office skills – especially MS Excel.
* A proactive and hands-on approach to job responsibilities and excellent attention to detail.
* Willing to work in Buduran - Sidoarjo area.
