TRAINING COORDINATOR - CARE International Indonesia


CARE International Indonesia (CII), as an international NGO, has carried out large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations, transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and micro-credit.

CARE Indonesia in Makassar-South Sulawesi is currently recruiting the following position for its project:

JOB TITLE : TRAINING COORDINATOR (TC) 
DEPARTMENT/PROJECT : PROJECT/ GKDP 
REPORTS TO : PROJECT MANAGER 

JOB SUMMARY:

Training Coordinator in charge of coordinating all activities associated with the training manager held by PNPM-3 LMP Components South Sulawesi from planning, execution and reporting.
Training Coordinator is responsible and provides a written report to the Project Manager component PNPM-3 LMP South Sulawesi.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

1. Responsible for the coordination, development and planning and conducting training in support PNPM-LMP in South Sulawesi, which include:
• Conducting training needs assessment.
• Develop training curriculum.
• Develop training material.
• Conducting training with a participatory approach.
2. Reported the activities of the training program to the Project Manager on a regular basis according to a given time.
3. Provide technical support for the program by acting as a facilitator in each workshop, training, and other meetings

SUPERVISES: None

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum educational background or equivalent degree in the field of environment and natural resources, agriculture, capacity development, community development and other fields related.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the field of community development training, and management of environment and natural resources.
• Strong experience in using the tools and participatory methodologies in development programs public.
• Having a broad understanding of environmental problems and natural resources in South Sulawesi.
• Have the ability to write and communicate well.
• Prioritized with English language skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Travel: 20%
