Project Manager Coastal Livelihoods
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
One (1) position
As Project Manager, you will lead the project team to implement the project in a consultative, participative and gender inclusive way to ensure it achieves the planned results and impact. You will have international experience of managing a large scale and complex project, proven experience in people and financial management, as well as proven analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Gender Adviser Coastal Livelihood
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
One (1) position
Drawing on your knowledge and commitment to women's rights, you will have experience in gender training and gender specific advocacy. You will support Oxfam staff and project partners to conduct in-depth analysis and assess women's specific rights and needs in this coastal livelihood project. You will then ensure those issues are addressed as an integral part of the project. You'll need several years' experience of effective gender training and advocacy; experience of coaching and mentoring; strong communications skills; be assertive and able to persuade and negotiate.
Livelihood Adviser Coastal Livelihood
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
One (1) position
As Livelihood Adviser, you will be a key member of the team. You will understand the issues around development of coastal livelihoods and be educated in agriculture or development studies. You'll have experience of grass roots community development work. In order to be effective you will have experience of coaching, mentoring with excellent communication skills
Project Officer Coastal Livelihood
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
Three (3) Positions
You will have experience in community development, capacity building as well as familiarity with participatory appraisal, monitoring and evaluation techniques. Good planning, time management and financial management skills will be necessary. The Project Officer needs highly developed communication and culture awareness skills and the ability to gain and keep respect and trust with local partners.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer Coastal Livelihood
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
One (1) Position
In this key role, you will provide effective and appropriate M&E support to Oxfam and project partners to measure gendered impact, produce reports and ensure on going learning is spread as the project progresses. You will need a good understanding of livelihood issues, together with considerable experience of designing and implementing effective M&E frameworks and learning within projects.
Media, Communications, and Documentation Officer Coastal Livelihood
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
One (1) Position
As the Media, Communications, and Documentation Officer; your focus will be on delivering media and communications plan for this Coastal Livelihood project, as well as to maintain project documentations. Degree qualified, you are a superb communicator and networker in local, national and international arenas with considerable experience in journalism, media, or public relations.
Finance Officer Coastal Livelihood
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
One (1) Position
Here, you will oversee our entire finance operation within the project – everything from managing our payment processes to verifying payment cheques and vouchers, including producing effective management information. You will also provide technical support to project staff and project partners on financial management. For this you will need to be a full or part-qualified accountant with proven experience.
Project Administrative Assistant Coastal Livelihood
Post is offered on a fixed term contract based in Makassar
One (1) Position
As the Project Administrative Assistant, you will be working to support the whole project team in a wide range of administrative and project activity. You will need to be very efficient and have proven experience in administrative works, preferably in supporting a project.
