CARE International Indonesia (CII), as an international NGO, has carried out large scale operations in Indonesia, encompassing emergency operations, transitional activities centered on agriculture and nutrition and a range of development initiatives in such areas as water and sanitation, health and micro-credit.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Background Tasks
CARE International Indonesia is implementing a pilot project of the Green KDP will run for four years in the province of South Sulawesi by seeking foster custody of local natural resources and improve local livelihoods through sustainable development approaches in terms of environmental and ecological. The project is expected to lead to the mainstreaming of environmental considerations into national KDP. That is why the Green KDP must have value and can be replicated demonstrations as well as providing direct benefits to the communities in target areas.
The proposed project will answer these questions through a combination of training and awareness rising. Objective First is to make the core KDP projects become friendlier to the environment, so that the design, implementation, and monitoring of community-based projects to comply with environmental standards that have been approved and KDP facilitators demonstrate knowledge and skills sufficient to review and verify whether the proposal is in accordance with environmental standards that have been approved.
The second objective is demonstrating local demand for KDP project target environment. Petitioner indicates an adequate understanding of the issues and environmental solutions to design projects that fit, while the active involvement of local government and civil society organizations allows the success of the projects of community-based environmental goals.
1. Some of the output of training programs and awareness-raising is expected as follows:
• Improving the ability trainer and facilitator in matters relating to natural resource management and environmental good;
• Teaching, training materials and modules related to environmental issues on KDP projects;
• The facilitator becomes more professional, socially acceptable, have good communication skills and better able to strengthen awareness and public participation in the processes of governance of natural resources;
• Programs and campaign materials to increase awareness of issues including governance environment and natural resources associated with the location.
• A portfolio of programs increases awareness and education for Wajo, Maros and Tana Toraja are dealing with important practices to improve management of natural resources and their environment.
• Expanding opportunities for communities, NGOs, private sector and universities to participate more effectively in the management of local natural resources.
2. The purpose of the assignment:
• Conduct a search every activity undertaken by the training unit awareness and ensure that planning is done in accordance with the plans that have been prepared.
• Note any changes and be sure of out put and out come of any activity undertaken by the project implementers
3. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Scanning and record every activity performed by the project implementers
• Ensuring that the activities carried out in accordance with the plan.
• Assist in assessing Manager project outputs and impacts of any activity carried out by implementing projects that include:
• Training for Facilitators
• Preparation of the Green KDP material for training and awareness
• Or the other activities that support the implementation of the project Green KDP
SUPERVISES: -
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years experience as a monitoring and evaluation staff for the project or program of capacity building (materials development, media and training methods) in community development work
• Graduated with S1 in the university educational background in social sciences, development planning and other appropriate educational
• Understand the well of Community Development, Gender issues and environmental issues.
• More preferred if the candidate has ever experienced or ever deal with or understand the Project KDP (Kecamatan Development Program)
