Pada setiap tahapan berlaku sistem gugur, dan hanya peserta terbaik (shortlisted-candidate) yang akan diikutsertakan pada tahap berikutnya.

TATA CARA REGISTRASI ONLINE :

Untuk dapat mengikuti proses seleksi ini pelamar wajib memiliki alamat e-mail yang masih aktif.
Kesalahan input alamat email menyebabkan Anda tidak dapat menerima nomor registrasi, sehingga Anda tidak dapat Log in untuk melihat pengumuman selanjutnya. Penyelenggara tidak melayani perbaikan/revisi alamat email yang telah diinput oleh pelamar.
Aplikasi lamaran hanya dilakukan melalui online (klik tombol "Registrasi" di bagian bawah pengumuman). Tidak ada jalur lain yang digunakan dalam proses pengiriman lamaran.
Setelah mengisi formulir aplikasi dan mengirimkannya kembali secara online, pelamar akan mendapat konfirmasi registrasi melalui e-mail. Konfirmasi tersebut berisi nomor registrasi yang akan digunakan selama proses seleksi.
Pelamar hanya diperkenankan melakukan satu kali registrasi online.
Pelamar wajib mengisi aplikasi dengan data/ informasi yang sebenar-benarnya, karena data ini akan diklarifikasi dengan berkas aslinya pada saat pelaksanaan verifikasi Dokumen. Panitia berhak menggugurkan pelamar bila terdapat perbedaan data dalam aplikasi lamaran dengan data asli pada saat Verifikasi Dokumen (tahap 3).

Masa waktu  registrasi online adalah 12 - 19 Mei 2012.

Tidak sedang dalam masa ikatan dinas dengan instansi Pemerintah maupun Swasta;
Belum menikah dan bersedia untuk tidak menikah selama 1 (satu) tahun pertama masa kerja;
Bersedia ditempatkan di kantor PT Jamsostek (Persero) wilayah Sumatera dan sekitarnya.
Bersedia menjalani masa ikatan kerja selama 2 (dua) tahun dan menyerahkan ijasah asli untuk disimpan PT Jamsostek (Persero) selama masa ikatan kerja.
Surat Pernyataan tersebut ditandatangani di atas materai Rp 6.000,-
Berkas lamaran tersebut dimasukkan dalam Amplop berwarna coklat sesuai urutan tersebut diatas.

Pelamar wajib menyerahkan dokumen dibawah ini kepada Penyelenggara di lokasi tes:
Ijazah asli sesuai dengan syarat pendidikan pada posisi yang dilamar
Transkrip Nilai asli sesuai dengan syarat pendidikan pada posisi yang dilamar
KTP asli yang masih berlaku
Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) asli
Berkas lamaran tersebut dimasukkan dalam Amplop berwarna coklat sesuai urutan tersebut diatas.
Tuliskan Nama, Nomor Registrasi serta Posisi Lamaran di halaman muka Amplop.
Tuliskan Kode Posisi pada sudut kiri atas Amplop.

KETENTUAN LAIN-LAIN :

Pada setiap tahap seleksi, hanya pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan yang berhak mengikuti tahap seleksi berikutnya.
Pengumuman hasil seleksi seluruh tahapan dapat dilihat di website www.ppm-rekrutmen.com/jamsostek pada tanggal yang telah ditetapkan, dengan cara Log in menggunakan nomor registrasi dan password.
Penyelenggara tidak menerima berkas lamaran fisik. Hanya pelamar yang melakukan registrasi secara on-line yang akan diproses lebih lanjut.
Pengumuman pelaksanaan seleksi online dapat dilihat mulai 25 Mei 2012 di web www.ppm-rekrutmen.com/jamsostek.
Keputusan hasil seleksi bersifat mutlak dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
Biaya transportasi dan akomodasi dari dan ke tempat seleksi menjadi tanggung jawab peserta sepenuhnya.
Pelamar dihimbau untuk mengabaikan pihak-pihak yang menjanjikan dapat membantu kelulusan dalam proses seleksi ini.

(1)  PROJECT MANAGER
·         Have minimum 20 years of project management experience on onshore/offshore oil and gas facilities design engineering, fabrication, hook-up and pre-commissioning.

Qualifications:

2 years of technical writing experience and/or equivalent process industry training experience.
Excellent English reading and writing skills are essential; additional languages considered an asset.
Ability to comprehend P&ID’s, vendor information, and process control descriptions.
A strong proficiency in MS Word is required.
Must be able to travel and have a willingness to work on occasion in various field locations.

(13) CLASROOM INSTRUCTOR

Job Duties:
·         Provide classroom and on the job training for process and control room technicians
·         Convey complex technical content on oil and gas plant processes and equipment
·         Conduct written and performance-based assessments
·         Provide individual coaching to trainees and assist them with self-study where appropriate
·         Pilot test training materials
·         Review the effectiveness training materials
·         Enhance training materials with photos of plant equipment where appropriate
·         Provide additional input into training materials if required
·         Assist the Training Department where necessary with scheduling and coordinating training
·         Brief Operations Superintendent and Operations Supervisors on Trainee’s progress
·         Ensure site-safety policies are adhered to during instruction
·         Design and coordinate training evaluation surveys
·         Schedule and assist in maintaining department classrooms, and in ensuring facilities are prepared for scheduled events
·         Perform record-keeping duties including tracking trainee’s progress
·         Assist the training department where required

Qualifications:
·         Certificate or diploma in process technology, engineering technology, chemical technology, or similar

Preferred Experience:
